I'm out of country and I'm not using my phone data. I was wondering if I can stop being charged for this and next month. If you know how to request, I would appreciate your help.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure of the details for the temporary suspension anymore. At one point, they did offer a temporary suspension for a reduced fee (see here). At that time, only customer service could add the temporary suspension.
That said, you might be able to add the temporary suspension via your My Account --> My Usage. From your Dashboard, the option to Manage temporary suspension is under Quick Actions.
As far as I am aware, there should be an option to Add temporary suspension (see here).
I do not know if a fee still applies, though.
In addition, you only mentioned not using your phone data anymore. The temporary suspension would apply to all of your Fido services on the suspended line (including receiving SMS).
