Hi,

 

I couldn't get through to a representative on live chat so I thought I'd try here. Just need more information on the device protection plan.

 

Within what time frame would you have to make a service request?

What happens to your current phone after you order a replacement phone?

Does this affect your future plans if you are offered a device upgrade?
