Hello,
I want to upgrade a device and I see that I have to pay a $25 delivery fee, if the device is shipped to my home. My question is if I return the device, will this fee be refunded as well or if I exchange will another $25 delivery fee be charged for the replacement device?

Only one shipping fee will apply if shipped to your residence. Keep in mind we also have the option for our in-store pick up in order to avoid any shipping fees. The"In-store pickup" (also known as "Express Pickup" or "Reservation System") allows you to order online and pick up your new phone or device at a local Fido store, often the same day, with no extra cost.
