Delivery Queries

Hi! I am new here in Canada (6mos) and I just recently processed a photo card and it says that I can receive it 4-6 weeks from now. I dont have any valid ID and I only have my work permit and my foreign passport. But I accidentally placed an order for a new device online. I just want to ask if do the delivery guys require ID from the receiver? Or can they leave the package at the concierge because Im living in a condominium. Or should I just cancel the order and wait for my photo card to arrive?

Hi @mryflrqee 

You won't be required to provide any picture ID upon receiving the phone. You will only need to give your signature.
