I called customer care and scheduled a call for my FIDO SIM cancellation before I moved back to my Home Country on June 30 2025. I did not receive the call and my SIM card is still active. I am now in my home country. I called customer care several times and scheduled a call with the specialist but didnt receive a call back. How do I get my SIM deactivated ??

I scheduled a call with Fido for SIM deactivation but agent didnt call back. I have moved out of Canada now and needs to deactivate my SIM asap. Please advise.
