I just ordered a Iphone 11 pro max last Feb.18.2021 but I never received any confirmation ?Just wanna make sure if it gets through I just ordered in the website?Thank you

It is possible the device might be on back-order you can contact customer service to make sure, also, check your spam/junk mail to make sure the confirmation email does not go there.
