Hi,
My Samsung Galaxy s7 is running Android 6.0.1 and doesn't allow me to download the latest update and keep saying device is running latest os!
Model is SM-G930W8
Please help.

The latest OS for the S7 would be Android N 7.0. Are you using a Fido phone?
My phone was originally bought from Wind mobile but I reset it with Fido firmware after I switched.
Hello @M_Yousif,
Because your phone was originally from Wind mobile the OS updates will come from Wind even if you reset the phone with the Fido CSC.
You can try the Samsung smart switch on your PC and see if you can get the update through that.
