Can't find any answers here about issues I have with my new device

So please excuse this long post...I've looked on the Samsung website with no answers...I have a Samsung S24 FE (CPO)...since the update it got to Android 15 UI 7 the battery drains quickly, charges now very slow, in fact doesn't charge fully now, heats up, camera is okay....plus I've read online (on the Samsung Galaxy Reddit subreddit) others have the same issue....I don't like to go into my settings to figure out how to fix it ...I shouldn't have to...I can't return it as I got it on April 14....so now I'm just using a Motorola g24 power that I got from Amazon and having no issues with....so I just put my new Samsung S24 FE in my drawer & hope to pay it off in a few months and sell it or give it someone....just a big waste.

Hi @Ash333

You can try sending the phone for repair if it's still under the one-year manufacturer's warranty

Why can't I simply return the device, even the I got it on April 14?...it shouldn't be up to the customers to go through the hassle of contacting the device manufacturer when fido sent me a garbage phone.
