Awesome move. The idea to replace any CR with AI chatbot and call back is a disaster

No matter what I press, what option I select, the next available scheduled call back is on Sartutday! That is 3 days later! So if somebody has technical issue, go and eat some grass, or if the account problem that can't be solved in self-serve - forget it. This is far worse than  I expected. The AI voice bot is just stupid like my shoe. It has no clue what I want and instead tries to frame me into some options and then pushes me to website. 

This is horrible!
