Hi,

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max financial option for 24 months. When I checked the tracking device order, nothing showed up, and I didn't even receive an email about it. I'm confused about that situation.

Why don't you try?

 

Most option just leads you to leave your number to call back the next day.

Their system is stupid....... You will need to call customer service and leave your number for them to call you back at the earliest the next day.  

 

They have the most pathetic automated IVR system.  Good luck!  

 

I'm cancelling my Pro MAX 16 order with Fido and going with Telus instead.  Try to click chat customer service on the website with both companies and you will see which one is by far superior (Telus).
