I can't get any service, im in canada near the US border...phone seems to have a hard time connection...
Wrong connection?, wrong network? only2G, WiFi? Bluetooth?
How come i can'.t make a call, recieve a sms or a call????

i have those options (in check list mode):
Sorry to hear you are having a hard time with your phone. Are you connected to NO provider or does it say you are connected to a US provider?
It sounds like you have gone through most steps, here is what we have left:
- Try another SIM card (or your sim in another Fido device if available), this will let us know if the problem is coming from the phone or the sim card/network
- Your device may be defective
- There may be an issue at our end, calling in would allow us to escalate the issue
- You are out of the coverage area
These are the options we are left with given the information provided. I hope this helps.
