I'm at the tail end of this $40 for 60GB plan and was given notice that the price will be increasing at the end of the term. It's supposed to be $45 now and there will be a $5 offset for the remainder of the agreement. What happens if I sign a new agreement now? Will I be grandfathered again with $45 - $5, or will the new agreement be $45? When i go through the checkout system, it calculates with a base plan of $40. It's not clear to me.

Hello @danielk2,

If you are going through the renewal process and it's showing the plan price will be $40, then your new agreement should be $40, I've had a similar experience in the past; you can confirm the renewal price with customer service, just to be sure.
