Unfortunately, I don't believe Fido offers any plans which include calling to Greece. However, most plans would allow calling to Greece, though they would incur additional long-distance charges.
Fido does offer a Preferred rate add-on for International calling. These are the current Standard and Preferred calling rates to Greece:

As far as I am aware, you should be able to get the add-on via your My Account --> My Usage. From your Dashboard, the option to Browse add-ons can be found under Quick actions.
