Have been a regular Fido Customer and a loyal one. What do i get?? No consideration.
Made a call to US for 25 minutes and was charged over 37 CAD. This was in error and I mentioned the amount of the charge was almost equal to a months bill. Asked for some consideration and tehy just cant help at all.
I will be opting out of FIDO as they dont even consider if u r a loyal customer who has been with them for several years and pay your bills as soon as you receive.
Maybe they deserve only those who dont want to pay bills or Loyalty/understanding doesnt count.
