After my repeated attempts to contact FIDO Customer Service and their continued failure to communicate with the person that pays their wages....  they don't desirve my business,.. they most likely don't deserve anyones.

yup, its complete garbage now. When you try to schedule a call back, they just either leave a voicemail or when you pick up, no one answers the other line. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Nothing at Fido is appealing anymore either.

Sorry to hear you had a hard time reaching us. Did you try setting a callback using our automated system?
