called the 1-888 number at 8:15am after answering a few questions which the virtual agent could not understand, I was told customer service was not open yet and call back when it is. Only thing is, they don''t tell you what time it's open.
I find it ironic that they warn people that bad behaviour won't be accepted and possibly you will be hung up on.
It's the lack of common sense ( like not giving out the time they customer serice is open) and/or waiting on the phone for a long time that frustrates people. All I want is a simple question answered which is not on line. So, please someone on here tell me what time live customer service is available. Thanks.

I thought I could edit my original post but it seems I can't.
My question is, I have the very basic $15.00 month BYOP plan with 100 outgoing minutes. My question is, is that 100 minutes per month which I was lead to believe it is or 100 minutes per year? Which I hope it is not.

I'm talking to myself here. lol
I got through to Fido, they open at 9AM.
Talked to an agent, very professional and he confirmed that it's 100 minutes per month.
Also had to confirm if my phone is compatible with the change over from 3G to 4G, seems it is so I'm happy.
