I woke up this morning and there is a notification on my phone that says "SIM not provisioned"

 

I tried calling 611 to get this sorted out but it says "Not registered on network"

 

Is there anything I can do?

That's odd indeed! 

 

Did you try to restart your phone? Does this happens when you put the SIM card in another Fido compatible phone?

Thanks for the reply.

 

I had tried that but without success. I went to a fido store and they let me know that the computer had decided I was dead and canceled my account.  They called in and I was revived. My phone is working again.
