I chatted today with a Fido representative and asked about this promotion since I was a Fido's customer and I moved to Koodo with much better offer and price. The representative told me that they can not give me that offer, only Winback Team can give me it. When I asked her about the phone number for the W Team she told me that she can not give the phone number. That is how Fido their treats ex-customers .
