Firstly, you should note that Fido also has an English language community. In addition, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to address your matter.
That said, have you attempted to update the iPhone's carrier settings (see here)? You might also consider enabling Airplane mode for a period of time and disabling that setting. In addition, restarting the device might also help (see here). If those suggestions do not solve your issue, you might need to contact customer service and request they push network settings to the device.
