Fido’s customer service has become a total nightmare. I’ve been trying to dispute a charge for hours, and the only thing I’ve got is a useless bot that can’t do anything beyond answering basic questions. Twice, it sent me to a form to fill out, then crashed halfway through and gave me an error. Absolutely no progress, just wasted time.

 

It feels like Fido is shifting to this bot-first approach and completely abandoning long-time customers like me. I’ve been with you guys for almost 20 years, and now it’s like getting any kind of help is impossible. And I’m not the only one...I’ve seen similar complaints all over the internet.

 

I don’t know what Rogers is trying to do with this strategy, but it’s clearly hurting the customers who’ve stuck with you for years. Fix this and get a real person to help me with this charge dispute.

This is honestly getting ridiculous.

I understand your frustration. It seems Fido has shifted to a scheduled callback option at this point; it is the only way to get to customer service. Did you try messaging them through any of their social media contact?
