I order a new phone last week and suppose pick up form store.  a week later then the store told me they dont have the phone.  They are not able to anything (such as let me pick up in other loccation) and i need to contact customer service. when i called customer service. i got transfer three times. finally they cancelled the old online order and shipped the phone to me.

But when i see the invoice today, its a charge fro $75. is it funny for a commpany will charge customer admin fee to fix their own issue???

Hello @terckcheong!

The activation fee applies when you order a device through customer service. It can only be avoided by using self serve.

Which phone/model is it you were ordering? Did they give you the option of cancelling the order so you could put another order in via self serve at a different store?
