can't disable add ons

I really want to get rid of Premium Device Protection and monthly data add on (1.5 GB). I went to a fido store and they removed it for me (at least they said they removed it for me) but I see that the fees are still applied and nothing is cancelled. Could you help me get rid of these extra costs?

Sorry to hear the fee was not removed, you will need to contact customer service to have those add-ons removed.
