calling function not working after porting number from Rogers to Fido

I switched my husband's line from Rogers to Fido this morning. The sale rep told us that the porting process will take between 30 min to 3 hrs. 20mins later, he received a text saying that his number been successfully switched over, however he cannot call or receive any phone call from his actual number and temporary number since.

 

His phone is only showing 3G internet instead of LTE, he is able to receive and send SMS.

 

Please help
