Hi

 

I had a 4 GB contract before, but I changed it to 10GB and took an iPhone last month. It is mentioned in the contract form that my monthly service fee is $115.00. Although I paid $164 on the day I changed my plan, I received a $63.79 bill last month, and for this month I should pay $239!! Why????

In my bill, it has been mentioned  that "You removed some Fido Services on Oct 21. You'll see a credit for these services from Oct 21 - Nov 07 (18 day(s)).

I don't understand it well!

If you do not understand the details of your bill or if they are any discrepancies with the charges you should contact customer service and have them go over the details so you can understand what you are being charged for.
