payment not applied to the account

I changed my number and the payment that I made in january is missing. Fido cannot find it so I was double charged. I paid that amount of money but as of 6 of June I will not be using Fido anymore.

Resolved! Pay as you Go plan?

I have the 100 MB Data Add-on for $10.00 per month on pay as you go, will I be notified if it runs out and be offered the option to buy a data pass so I don't the overage of 15  cents per mb ?
