Phone upgrade

I was looking to upgrade my phone, but was only told that the upgrade for the iphone 8 would be $0 with a large plan. Can I not continue the current plan at the current price I am paying for the upgrade?

SIM card fee of $11.5

Resolved! Prepaid Top-up Expiry

Hi, I just wanted to what would happen if I switched to a prepaid account and my balance expires and I don't top up for an extended amount of time. Would I lose my number and service?
