Plan has no data, yet still getting notifications from Skype

My plan only contains unlimited outgoing and incoming texts, with 100 minutes airtime. It's a prepaid plan, so this is unusual. Am I being charged? My wifi is off, so I'm expecting no data use what so ever     ***Edited to add labels***

Resolved! Default Voice Signature - Voicemail

I want my standard greeting message to be the pre-recorded one that Fido already has. I don't want to record my own voice greeting. How do I do that? I couldn't find an option for that when I was on the voice mail system =S. Can someone help me out? ...
