Resolved! Billing for the wrong month

Hi! Last month I paid for the month of september and the new bill, which I received a few days ago, says that I need to pay for september again. Is this something that I can get help to change? Best regards, Anna

Mistake with data usage

Hi I barely used my data today but it says I used over my monthly 8gb/month. It is only 7 days into my cycle. Last month I only used under 3gb for the 30days. Does anyone know if this is a Fido error ? Happened to anyone?
