I got a call fro the Rogers Ambassador team, I asked for a call back when I wasnt at work. Iam ready to switch back to fido but when I answered the phone no one was there. Is there any way to reach back out to them ? When I call back the number it came from, it says they will call me back shortly , its been 4 days.

You can always reach our care agents and they will be able to access your account and see the notes left by the ones that tried to reach you. 😊

Hi @thuppee , the ambassador program to "win back" your business is based on their ability to reach you at the moment. They will eventually circle back to you, however it will be when they come back to you on the list of call backs. It's hard to predict when that will happen. If you're ready to come back to Fido,  you could go online and re-subscribe but you may not get the win back offer. I guess patience is needed while waiting for another call back.
