add daytime call for a monthly charge

Hello!

Right now my plan is 500 weekday minutes 7am-5pm otherwise free.

With Covid, I am now working from home and have to make more daytime calls on my dime.  Is there a way of increasing my number of daytime free minutes in the same way I added 1.5gb of data for $20? 

If so, can I do that online on my own?  So far I don't see that option online.

Welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, you can not add minutes as you do with data add-ons. You will need to change your plan to a plan that provides unlimited minutes. You can do that yourself online through self-serve on fido.ca.

Thanks. I had a feeling that was the case.  I hesitate to do that myself as I often misread things.  I will try to connect with a person at some point although I know it can be a long wait right now.     Be well!

No need to call and wait for a long period, just login into MY ACCOUNT on fido.ca  select the number you wish to change on the next page click on CHANGE PLAN and just select the plan that suits your needs from the list of plan that will be presented to you.
