Yet to receive QR code to setup E-sim

Hello, 

I just purchased a new data plan and I picked the e-sim option. I have received the welcome email, as well as the email containing the agreements but I am yet to receive the QR code or instructions to allow me set up my e-sim.

Note that I actually purchased the sim yesterday May 9 but to take effect May 16, could this be why I am yet to receive the instructions or QR code to set up e-sim or is there some other way to go about this.

You should indeed receive the QR code for your eSIM on the date the service is being activated.

Hi @temialabi29 have you followed the information Here on how to set up your esim? Using the search option, type in set up esim and there is a full article on setting it up. It includes device compatibility to what to do if you don't receive your qr code. If that doesn't help, I suggest contacting fidosolutions on Twitter and seek their assistance by direct messaging.
