Wrong charges - I cancelled my account but they are still sending me bills

There is no email to contact customer care and on phone they talk, but they dont cancel the subscription and keep on receiving bills. What to do?

I'm sad to read about your bill. Just to clarify, you'll continue to receive a bill if you have an outstanding or negative balance on your account, regardless if your account is cancelled or not. You'll need to pay for the remaining balance or ask for a refund of the balance (if it's negative). Once that's done, you'll receive a final bill with the payment/refund noted and the balance at $0.
