So for the last week I have been trying to add 2 lines to my account. One minute I m told yea you are approved to add the 2 lines the next minute I m not approved to add this 2 lines. I have 3 different reps say we will called you back on this date and I m still waiting for the to call. I have 5 different notes saying yes we are going to push this activation through it will be done today. It never gets done. I have learned very fast that fido seems to be the worst cell phone company to deal with !!

I don't understand why you need to be approved to add 2 lines either. Adding additional lines to your account should be as straight forward as signing up for a new in store credit card. The only issue I can think of is that if one has suspected credit rating then one might run into trouble but that's not really applicable to most individuals.
