Why is not everything getting carried over?

Current Plan ($55/mo):

• Unlimited Can+US+Intl Text, Picture & Video Msgs (sent from Can+US)
• Unlimited Text, Picture and Video Messages from Canada to U.S. & Intl Mobile Numbers

New Plan ($63/mo):

• Unlimited Can+US+Intl Text, Picture & Video Msgs (sent from Can+US)

The new plan does not explicitly mention the second line from the current plan. Can you please confirm if the new plan also includes unlimited picture and video messages from Canada to international mobile numbers, just like my current plan?

I want to ensure I’m not losing any features if I switch.

You are not losing anything. The second line on your old plan is a repeat of the first line; the first line is much clearer and better, as it says you can send "Unlimited Can+US+Intl Text, Picture & Video Msgs" from Canada and the US. The second line just repeats everything, but only says you can send from Canada.
