Whats happens to prepaid balance when you switch to a monthly plan? Is it credited towards your first couple of bills?

I saw this thread and I thought it would be good to update and clarify the answer.

We will transfer your airtime balance (including your bonus balance) from your prepaid account within the next 7 days.

So you will see the balance transfer as a credit on your first or second invoice.

It is applied as a credit in your account and will go towards your first invoice.
