I call to make a payment arrangement and because one of the dates is later then they want to talk to a person I have to make an appointment the crtc needs to know about bs like this when I call I want to talk with a person today not tomorrow or the next day if this is the way rogers and Fido do business I want nothing to do with it at all they have there agent scared of loosing there jobs they are stressed and brow beaten and for what they do the pay is to low and now as a customer we have to make an appointment I am sure this will be taken of the board I hope ppl see it before it get's removed

Presently, the majority of tasks can be quickly and easily completed via self-serve, however, I understand that it's nice to speak to a person in certain situations.
