Can I keep my data/tablet plan when I cancel my phone line? Fido's customer service has gone done the drain i.e. Online chat cannot connect to a live agent, it takes forever to connect with some on Facebook messenger, wait times are extraordinarily long (55 minutes yesterday) and agents don't value customer loyalty. I hate to move but they leave me with no choice.
You can only have a Data Only Plan if you have a wireless line attached to it on the account. We're really sad to learn you want to leave us though as we always want the best for our customers and we sincerely appreciate your loyalty.
