Hi,
I moved back from Bell to Fido. I was charged $70 as service setup fee and been told that I will be refunded that fee in 7 month. (receiving $10 credit each month for 7 months).
I want to know what happens to this credit if I upgrade my mobilr plan. There's no service fee for online upgrade to new plan, but what happens to this existing credit?

No use. I've tried your ask Jack, virtual assistant, and all phone numbers. They just send me in circles and finally say support is not available or no agent available for your inquiry.
It's shocking to see there's no way to contact a real person at Fido to get some help. New customer service style indeed. There's a $20 fee to get support from an agent for my plan change.

Have you tried changing your plan on Fido.ca? You can have full control of your account via your Myaccount profile on Fido.ca

Thank you for your reply.
I always use Fido.ca and mobile app for any changes required. But I can't see any information about changes to my current promo credit ($10 monthly for 7 months to get back the $70 service fee which should have been waivered according to the Fido agent) when changing my plan. I can't get this simple question answered using any of Fido contact channels.
