What happens if primary account holder moves out?

Hi,

I am a primary account holder and I have no device contract balance, I have 3 other lines on my account. One is a free 4 gb data line from Fido whose device is paid off, 2 other lines have device balances.

I want to move away from Fido, I want to know what will happen to my other 3 lines if I move my number away from Fido?

Hello @Yoda-,

 

I know Fido says you need to have a postpaid line to be eligible for a data-only line but I have seen instances where someone just has the data line so Fido does not always follow their own policy.  With that being said since you have two other lines if you move the other line that is not on contract nothing will happen to your account. Everything on the account will remain the same less the line you moved and you will still be the account holder.
