Where did the support team go?????? Request call backs that never happen and no way to contact anyone... the AI phone does not work or understand....
Is the goal to have people leave???????? Contract is over in a few days and that seems to be the best option at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have canceled my services and moved to another provider. I reached out over Facebook and no reply other than the generate, call the number and hope for a call back. I tried to stay but the best offers were only available to NEW customers not existing.
It seems the new model is give us money for a service that we will not support you with. The best rates/offers can only be offered to new customers.
