In some situations, customers may be required to provide a security deposit when obtaining services. It would usually depend on the customers' assessment of credit. If required, the security deposit will be kept for at least 12 months, unless services are cancelled prior to that length of time. That deposit may be used against any outstanding balances your account may incur during that period or returned if you have met your financial obligations (see Terms of Service; section 4).
