DO NOT USE FIDO. They are scam artists. They shut my phone off and when I paid refused to turn it back on. They tried to get me to pay DOUBLE what was owed to turn it back on. They are literally the worst people ever. The customer service is trash and unhelpful. I have been with fido for 12 years but will be switching because of this scam attempt. Not to mention half the time of using them my data wouldnt work or my service wouldnt work so really what the hell is the point of this company. They do not care one bit about loyal customers and deserve to go bankrupt and not exist.

I understand you may have paid your bill. However, if your services were suspended due to non-payment, there is a fee to restore services (see here). Even if you eventually paid your bill, you would need to pay the restoral fee in order to regain your services.
If your services were suspended due to non-payment, you will likely need to contact their Credit Operations team to have them remove the suspension and make a payment arrangement. It should be mentioned that a payment arrangement may not be available in some situations.
