Voicemail Issue // Nothing to Tell You

My wife and I are both having issues with voicemail being left by several people but not being deposired into our voicemail inboxes. This includes but is not limited to doctors' offices where secretaries are calling us to confirm scheduled appoinbtments. We do get the notifications but calling into voicemail yields the same message for both of us "Nothing to tell you. The transcribed exists but we are not accustomed to verifying our voicemail this way

Note: We both use current versions of the iPhone running iOS 18.3.2

Hi @peterbatah , sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with your vm. That sounds like either a setting in your vm or a technical issue. You can call *611 from your device and request assistance from technical support. Here   are other methods to reach fido support. Cheers
