Hello I couldn't access my voice mail messages . I laready tried resetting it but still it says "no acces to voice mail" . What do i do ? please help thanks

Well at first I couldn't remember my access code then I went to My account in fido.ca then usage and services and clicked on the reset voicemail password. When I tried accessing my voicemail it says " no access to voice messaging and to contact fido customer service"

I long press number 1 or dial the voice mail number
