Voice Number Change Unsuccessful

Hi, I tried to enter in the voicemail number as shown in the community library, but I received an error message back "voice number change unsuccessful". I also tried calling the Fido Voice Mail # 14168216549, entering my own phone number when prompted and a message came back saying the number wasn't valid.

 

Any insight as to why this might be? Any help would be great.
