Very poor customer service

I am trying to talk to a technical assistance but I was scheduled by a virtual assistance to speak to the technical support in two days!!! So I need to wait for two days to get a technical support from my cell phone carrier???!!!!!

 

I made a bad decision and added another line to my account which I didn't receive the new SIM card for a week now and I am already paying two bills now, now for Fido and the other for the old provider... 

 

I need to speak to a person.
