I received an offer to upgrade my phone for basically no cost and it's been pending since early March 2025.
I'm unable to upgrade to something else or cancel the initial upgrade. When I try to use the online chat to cancel it, it says it can't even find the order. I haven't been able to get in touch with a real person to handle this. Does anyone know who to contact directly or what to do?

You will have to contact customer service. Fido has switched to a scheduled callback option; you would have to schedule a callback, and they can look into this for you.
