I want to mention one more thing here. I called customer relations and they are miss leading customers too. I asked for samsung galaxy note 9. Price mentioned on website is $99. However, they were trying to sell me for $299 with same XL plan. Upon asking for note 8 representative told Fido doesn't carry note 8 anymore in inventory. Whereas, it's still available on website. This kind of response is not acceptable. I felt cheated :(:(

I tried letting Fido know that I’m transferring to another service provider. Fido person offered me a plan that is easily available even if I went to any store. Rather than try to keep customer retained they cancelled the line upon request didn’t even try for offering something better. Poor customer service. I will also ask group of my friends to switch service provider.🙁🙁
