Unable to text android users from iPhone.

For the past couple weeks , I've been unable to message anyone on my contact list that uses android phones.

im able to recieve calls and text messages from them but cannot send.

Apple did a  full diagnostic on my phone, everything fine ..called Fido couldn't get hold of anyone.

hoping I can find a solution here.

@DNS42, @N8er can you go into your message settings and make sure send as SMS is enabled?

If it still does not work I would suggest you call customer service and ask them to do a reset to switch for your line then on your device do a network reset, restart the phone, and see if it solves the problem.

I did that. Factory reset and  even switched over to ESIM. Still the same problem.

Try signing out of iMessage and then sign back in and see if it helps.
