Unable to check Voicemail

11 Voicemails. And when I attempt to check, it asks for the PIN. I input and says nothing to tell me.

I called myself and left a voicemail - and same deal.

Whats the fix for a simple voicemail, this is not rocket science. Anyone?

16 Mins on the phone with a sceduled call back 2 days after my issue. Impossible to reach anyone - so I waited.

I then was advised that everything was fixed, then 8 minutes of upsell features and other offers from Fido.

I was reminded of the survey.

Call ended.. and I waited like the kind man told me to.

They deleted all my voicemails, I guess that's not important - never could hear them, I guess they will call back.

It gets better.. now that i reset my PIN, redid my voice greeting.. and tried to see if I can leave a voice message, yes I can - as I could before.

-- BUT still can not check my voicemail.

It tells me the same "there is nothing to tell you..."

Tragic - wasted time and 2 days to get the same deal -- wow --

Well - time to move away from Fido and see what's available out there today... I give up.
